Chuchi Enterprise Limited, registered in Kenya, operates the AkiliLex platform. For data protection purposes we are the Data Controller of the data described in this Policy.

Information you give us: when you sign up, request access, sign in, contact us, or use the platform — including your name, email, phone, firm name, role, and any content you submit.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we collect log information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and analytics purposes. Cookies are used minimally for session management and remembering preferences. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

To provide and operate the AkiliLex Service;
To process payments and manage subscriptions;
